REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
All deposits and payments made are non-refundable, under any circumstance. Once a deposit is made, purchaser is required to pay the remaining balance owed within the outlined due date on this invoice under all circumstances. Orders cannot be cancelled after a deposit is made. Any concerns with any product sold by Unison Designs/Samaria Group, such as quality of workmanship, garments, production, or merchandise must be made within 2 weeks of the client’s reception of goods.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to seek tracking numbers and delivery details. Samaria Group/Unison Designs takes no responsibility for courier errors including but not limited to delays or loss of packages. Unison Designs/Samaria Group takes no responsibility for any unintentional delayed or faulty production and delivery, this includes but is not limited to unexpected circumstances such as illness, machine or chemical problems, courier errors, customs errors, or perceived production errors.
